inquire and begin the vision
Start by completing the inquiry form, which helps me understand your needs, timeline, and vision for your invitations. From there, I’ll create a detailed proposal with 3 packages. You will also see upgrades and custom art possibilities.
02.
review and connect
Once you’ve received your quote, you can move forward right away or schedule a call to discuss your ideas in more detail. We’ll walk through every option together, ensuring I fully understand your vision and priorities.
03.
booking
To book, you will sign a contract and put down a 50% deposit to save time on my calendar. We’ll handle a few quick housekeeping items to get you onboarded as a Claire Hodges bride.
04.
refine and design
Now we dive into design! This is where the creative collaboration begins — choosing colors, fonts, and papers, and exploring the special touches that make your suite unique.
We’ll collaborate closely to bring your ideas to life, sharing inspiration, refining concepts, and adjusting until the design feels perfect to you. You’ll receive digital proofs along the way, with plenty of opportunities for feedback and fine-tuning.
05.
production
After your final approval, I’ll prepare all print files and move your suite into production. Once printed, I’ll review and quality check all items before I mail to you. You will also receive a Keepsake Suite set for your photographer, ready for day-of detail photos.
06.
celebrate
Once your invitations are mailed, it’s time to sit back, exhale, and wait for the glowing feedback from your friends and family. Your story is now beautifully told — on paper.

The minimum investment for working with us is $1,850. This price point includes all pieces and services listed above. The average final budget after upgrades for our clients is $5,000.
